Preheat oven to 350F.Cream brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter and
butter together on medium speed.Mix in
egg and vanilla.Reduce speed to low and
gradually mix in dry ingredients.Drop
on an ungreased cookie sheet by spoonful.Bake for 8 minutes.
1 cup sugar½ tsp ground cloves ¼ cup molasses½ tsp ground ginger 1 egg 1 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375F. Cream sugar and butter together on medium speed. Mix in eggs and molasses. Reduce speed to low and gradually mix in dry ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.Form 1” balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.
